What’s Covered
- Replacement Coverage: If your ShineMate product experiences any defects in materials or workmanship within two years of purchase, we will replace it free of charge.
- Free Shipping: We will cover the shipping costs for returning the defective product and delivering the replacement.
What’s Not Covered
- Accidental Damage: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Natural wear and tear from regular use is not included under the warranty.
- Exclusions: Damages resulting from natural disasters, power surges, or other external factors beyond our control are not covered.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
